After the IPO, the company had 10-10.3 Million Shares Outstanding. They have not increased since the date they went public. The company
continues to produce earnings, yet the stock doesn't perform. Why
wouldn't Institutions and Funds average down at these levels? I
think the biggest negative is AURA. Almost every company that is
spun-off from it's parent(AURA), struggles, until the parent's interest is reduced from it's child(NWCM). Currently with AURA owning approximately 75%, the company continues to receive negative
press tied to AURA. I believe this company will continue to
produce, but the stock may not. If the company is worth anything, then
where's it's investment banker (Joseph Charles & Associates). It seems that their investment banker would continue to support the stock, and help generate more outside interest. This company generally shouldn't follow industry trends. If the company continues to produce significantly higher revenue and net income, then the stock SHOULD perform. Asia should have no impact. WE NEED MORE OUTSIDE INTEREST, BOTTOM LINE!!!! I think we may be missing something very critical. Any comments.
