Robert, The Ultratech tool competes with Etec tools for writing on masks. Cymer makes lasers for writing on Silicon wafers. Cymer only supplies the source for the lithography tools, it does not actually make the tools. Ultratech on the other hand makes lithography tools for writing on wafers, and has now announced a tool for writing on quartz or glass masks. People with Etec stock should worry about this news release. Kunal
