This is hard to believe (not that I don't believe you) Possibly the cable companies are setting the rates in their areas. But with these kinds of rates this will never be accepted in the mass market. But then again, don't you live in Silicon Valley?? Maybe they think they can charge more there becase of all the millionaires<g>!! The rates here(if it was available which it will be soon) from Comcast are $40/month.
