The reason is that I think everything is over-extended Commodities, energy and small caps not broad participation. Housing bubble is more higher end and largest coastal cities, Half of me agrees with you and the other half thinks we are in a sweet spot with many more years of decent growth still to come with only small hiccups along the way..
