Chris, RP and company are known above all else as superior marketeers.
Consequently they can be selective on the vendors they choose to represent. I notice that pgsoft changed publisher since their last product. It certainly could be that Syncronous chose to distribute Big Disk over Gimme Space. The latter sounds like a drug deal left over from Woodstock.
