Fubho, the Russian conspiracy theory definitely began with Hillary, but to say that it continued and ended with her is a bit of a stretch. I'd say that the conspiracy theory was kept alive by the so-called "establishment" in Washington, which remained even after the famed Clinton political machine collapsed. Think about it. Even if Mueller's report had something in it, even if Congress went ahead and impeached, then removed Trump from office, what then? Pence becomes president. Not Hillary. Tenchusatsu
