Max90, thanks for joining us. You've found a nice stock in DHI. The stock was down earlier as you pointed out, due to the announced merger but more precisely, because margins were down in prior earnings report due to costs incurred on three 1997 acquisitions and the 13% additional shares. It looks like Wall Street loves this stock and I agree with you that it looks like a godd short term and long term investment. Sergio
