First of all, I do not have a position in BROC. I am merely considering it at this point. I never buy strictly on TA but do some searching inot the FA of a company first. I will give weight to what certan people in SI have to say since over time they have proven themselves to be knowledgable and honest. The final decision, of course, always rests with me and my "gut feeling".
