Actually, I thought it was Everen that bought Principal.

Anyway, it would appear your point is that since Everen has a policy against brokers posting on the internet, you are blameless. Despite your intentions. And despite his banning from posting happening while Principal is still functionally a separate entity from Everen, according to Everen.

I don't happen to agree with you, but it's not the first time.
