Dear Bill: The simple answer is NO.If I knew why the market behaves the way it does at times I would be in permanent retirement.We did a press release on Monday and another one just went out a few minutes ago.All good news.Apparently,some people thing that everytime you exchange or issue stock,whether common or preferred it is dilutive!This simply is not so.We are in the process of building a $30.0 million company excluding FNet and some people don't understand or don't care to understand. I hope by now people realizeI am shareholder oriented.Keep the questions coming,even the hard ones. Best Joe
