Imagine if the Starr Report had been provided only to President Clinton's Attorney General, Janet Reno, who then read it privately and published a 4-page letter based on her private reading stating her conclusion that President Clinton committed no crimes. How stupid are you? I explained this to you this the other day. Are you just repeating dopey talking points again being unable to learn? That's EXACTLY why the statute was allowed to expire and new rules were adopted BY THE DIMMS.. The DEMS freaked out over all the Clinton smut and said "NEVER AGAIN". U are such an embarrassment to educated people!
