You should recalculate your numbers since CO2 is a pollutant. Thanks Obama. I am sure you know CO2 levels did not fall below 1990 levels. Methane levels are rising as well. Interesting that California does not include CO2 or Methane as climate pollutants. And this is all good news for California with is miniscule 45M people. How is South and Central America doing with its 666M people and Africa with its 1.2B people? Are they having the same success as California? Then we can discuss Indonesia, India, and China and their CO2 emissions. I have never seen you post this chart. I am sure you will like it.
