Its not that I care about what some one with a name MrBluff thinks about my posts or care to respond to a rant of this sort but since the link has not been posted here it is.
I was only trying to point pout the inconsistency between the news and the price movement to alert longs, doing proper research is your job not mine.

Digital warns Asia will hurt Q3 - analysts

BOSTON, Jan 15 (Reuters) - Citing ongoing problems with its
Asian markets, Digital Equipment Corp warned analysts to expect
third quarter earnings about $0.20 below consensus forecasts,
analsyts said.
"Analysts are going to have to take down their estimates by
about $0.20 for the third quarter," said Gary Helmig, an
analyst with SoundView Financial Corp. "The problems they are
having with Asia and the exchange rates, they are not expecting
that to clear up any time soon."
Analysts expected third quarter earnings of $0.64 per
share, according to First Call, before Digital advised them to
lower their estimates to about $0.45, analysts said.
