In addtion to this subject, cjl from "stockhouse" has supplied me with this information
"The individual news releases are pretty detailed with respect to the terms but, according to
my file, John summed it up as follows: they must spend US$13.5 million over 6 years; there is no
commitment to production; they must spend $1 million in the year beginning July, 1997. The JV
agreements are confidential documents and they will not supply copies but he did offer to show them to
me. All in all, the terms seem very favourable for such large holdings"
In follow up comment I asked him about inclusion or exclusion of Mizek in financial obligations as Mizek licence soon will have a mine which in my mind will be govern by specifics of mining operations and as such it will may not contribute(spent money) to obligations needed to keep other properties in good standing. I think that John may clear this for us the best way.
Regards
Robert
