The new economy and foreign countries with dual currencies?

This new economy has some factors which are not known. One of them is relationship with foreign countries with US currency being used along with host currencies. All third world countries send their citizens to United States to earn dollars which subsequently got send back to their own relatives in their own country. These dollars are not neccessarily converted by their governments to host country currencies, but remain in the public to buy and sell goods. Some countries benefited with these extra liquidity that they do not know or is not aware of such benefits.

What benefited our new economy is the temporary work force that supported our labor needs. Our population has been zero growth since the early 1970's and continued until 1990. The youth shortages never showed up in the market place. But if you go to universities in our country, you will notice that they are all foreign students. Not because our youth does not qualify, but because of our zero growth of population due to birth control pills. This situation will not change until 2008. In the mean time all our universities will have to be survived by recruiting foreign students. Dollars in foreign countries will come back some, to pay for a superb education.

Dual currencies in the third world countries do offer some economical stability all around. Some devaluation of host currencies with low inflation in their countries offered great wealth to their citizens with US dollars.
