Something wrong in Chicago. An emergency court session is convened early in the morning to dismiss and seal charges against the son of a black activist, a Black Panther. Turns out the state prosecutor recused herself because she had had discussions with Smollett friends when he was still considered a victim: but she recused herself in a colloquial sense, not a legal sense. And now the prosecutor says "Smollett Case was ‘inadvertently’ sealed, may be reversed."
