re: "BIG PICTURE"

Dear Mr. Rossi,

Last year the actual operating loss of this company was 24-25 million dollars (see 10-K), of course not including the settlement. It had 1997 sales of 17.4 million which averages to about 51,000.- per employee. The results of the NIR sales agreement have been neglible if compared to the Fonar press releases and so on..

Despite Dr. Damadians impressive inventiveness, Fonar has yet to prove that it can grow a revenue stream that will lift this company to significantly higher levels.

If in fact your claim of inventing -> sueing -> collecting is correct, it does not jive very well with the actual composition of Fonar's staff which includes a proud 137 people allocated administration.

Lets wait for the next 10-Q to discuss the "BIG PICTURE", rather than publishing such an impassioned defense.
