Agree with you all. Although, from the looks of the "office tour" on the unofficial Joe SMith ReBoot page, the place doesn't look class A at all. From the outside it looks like a relatively squat (6-7 stories) concrete bunker. Nothing too fancy. I heard it was not in the high rent district at all, but "down-the-street" from downtown. I guess the consideration is, where do all the young, hip people live and want to work. If they want to be in the artsy part of the city, if there is one, then you should be there and not in some bland, suburban office park that doesn't have the ameneties they want. I don't know the answer, but Vancouver looks like more of a livable city that people want to work in --more like Boston, Seattle or San Fran --decidedly not LA.
