A former assemblywoman and politician recounts incident with former Vice President
A former assemblywoman and politician in Nevada claims former Vice President Joe Biden kissed her against her consent while backstage at a campaign rally in 2014.
Lucy Flores, 39, wrote in The Cut that Biden 'slow kissed' the back of her head when she was running for lieutenant governor and she "felt two hands on my shoulders.
Flores describes the incident:
"I felt him get closer to me from behind. He leaned further in and inhaled my hair," Flores writes.

Why is the vice-president of the United States smelling my hair?” He proceeded to plant a big slow kiss on the back of my head."
Flores recounts how she felt embarrassment and shock after Biden made his move on her and that it also echoed similar behavior from the former Vice President.
"Time passed, and pictures started to surface of Vice-President Biden getting uncomfortably close with women and young girls. Biden nuzzling the neck of the Defense secretary’s wife; Biden kissing a senator’s wife on the lips; Biden whispering in women’s ears; Biden snuggling female constituents," Flores writes.

In June 2018, Biden was confronted by a heckler while he was promoting his new book at The Grand Opera House in Wilmington, Deleware.
Biden was halfway through discussing his son Beau's horror over pediatrician Earl Bradley when a heckler stood up and asked:
"What about the girls you molested on C-SPAN at the Senate swearing-in?"
Following the question, the crowd erupted in boos, while an audience member interjected and can be head on camera saying "no no no no no, he did it... no no, let him answer."
The former Vice Presdient has been accused of strange over familiar behavior with women, as many videos have already revealed.
Biden has yet to announce his candidacy for the 2020 Democratic presidential nomination.
