I'm not sure. If the FCC does not cut Nextwave a break it depends on how deep the pockets can go and how much foreign investment can be mustered up. The interest payments are hefty , like 50 mill per quarter, plus the back interest. I dont know where they will get it.. The 28th is d-day so we'll know soon enough.. Q-Com might be the savior....
