Breaking News-This morning President Trump made a speech to reporters in the White House. He thanked them all for being guardians of the first amendment and for holding him and all politicians accountable. He confessed that without the courageous work of the media he would never have realized how wrong it was to conspire with Russian operatives to influence the 2016 election. He then announced that he has begun therapy to learn to always tell the truth and to be compassionate and respectful to others. Furthermore he said he will be announcing his resignation soon so he can spend more time with his family. He ended the speech early because he had an appointment at the White House gym and didn’t want to keep his personal trainer waiting. Reporters commented that President Trump was positive and upbeat and spoke in complete sentences without insulting anyone or using clever nicknames or hand gestures. Many of them said that this speech will certainly go down in history as the greatest April Fools Day speech of all time. Kevin Gibson
