You see of course that means he is not limited by terms.. and yes that worries me... as you well know your system creates lame ducks.. Canucky system no... but we both suffer from the greater evil of vote buying.. For Canucks it is worse.. due to no term limitations.. Interesting .. you feel Jay does not understand Xi's greater motives irrespective of good or bad..
