for the sake of accuracy, I am saddened to report that Jenkins' filing with the SEC was to SELL 3411 shares and NOT BUY 3411. Which begs the questions, why would he sell if he thought the stock was going higher? For all of you going to the Annual Meeting, I hope one of you would inquire as to why he is selling 3400 shares. I realize it is a small portion of his holdings, but it still sends a negative tone to the market.
