I get the infrastructure bullet.. But if government is serious about replacing IC engines.. That is where incentives should go.. One place at least.. I am no CC alarmist . but I am concerned about pollution.. Also terribly concerned with how government rams more and more folk into tinier places. Creating giant heatsinks.. Adding to CC hysteria by design.. Personally this worries me a lot.. It is a strategy of control and manipulation from above.. Somewhat paranoid :)
