I don't buy into equality of outcomes.. Nor even equality of opportunity can be expected.

Redistribution of wealth needs be kept minor. Since it is rarely distributed as ideologically planned.. But to the hands of an even smaller few than 1%..

The change can be initiated from above but needs to show all have skin in the game.. So it becomes cultural. Otherwise
