Sorry BS, I think you have it backwards.

From my perch, the system is the sideshow.

The US economy and culture work "in spite" of our government, not because of its top-down guidance.

It works because of the millions of hardworking, adaptable business people and employees that shut out the shitshow and just get things done.

Don't believe what you see on CNN, MSNBC, Fox News, etc. They are part of the sideshow.
