Frank,

You are untruthful when you say that I have felt Fonar can do "nothing" right and lying when you say I've referred to the company as a "loser." You take liberties with truth and I consider that trait morally reprehensible.

Fonar has yet to prove it can sell enough machines for profitability, and has not yet shown they can make themselves profitable on centers. Running a company is not like making a wish. We aren't seeing them doing the things that would generate earned income. I agree with Thure's cogent note. If Fonar were planning to make money only on law suits for patent infringement, the composition of Fonar staff would be quite different.

I withhold judgment about whether they can do it or not. Neutrality (my own position) is not equivalent to negativity.
