I love restoring old things: furniture, cars, my house. After a lifetime of pushing paper, the satisfaction of making something beautiful with your hands is most rewarding to me. If that does not interest you, grow something in a garden. I can 70-80 quarts of salsa and 50 gallons of sauerkraut every year, I give it to friends and the elderly who used to be able to do that, but age has restricted their capabilities. I love to see their smiles as I pull up in their drive way or to the assisted care place my mother lived in. Sharing your hobby turns it into a passion and is emotionally rewarding. Live fully and provide an example for others ! And yes I wait for the next SI post far too often. <smile> JMHO Bob
