If it were not for the fact that at least 100 thous in NA die every year from cancer this would be cause for celebration . Globally at least 300 thous . It might be wise to save us from ourselves to have gov. policy dictate that breakthrough treatments are to be sold to the state with founders rewarded generously . Just so this type of delay is not accepted as the way things are .
