If you are a registered shareholder of Fenway you should receive the circular at your registered address. However, if you are an unregistered shareholder you must contact your broker to ensure that you receive the circular and have your share certificates tendered. If you do not receive the shareholder circular by Friday, January 23, 1998, please contact your broker, Montreal Trust, or Trump Oil directly.
