Oh, no, they don't allow dripping on anything in preferreds unless the company does... I should not have made such a sweeping statement... there's something else they won't drip, but I can't remember off the top of my head.

One problem in dripping PFDs is that they may trade at a premium to call value (which usually means they have a likelihood of being called). The client may be okay with it but generally if they hold long term, they are guaranteed a loss.
