May you please tell me that the post below made by Shawn Murphy on the Picks thread is a big lie? Or maybe this person Tom Dean at investor relations was lying?

Steve, I talked to Tom Dean at investor relations, and he does not seem to think that the NASDAQ listing will be done until mid DEC. Have you heard anything about any announcments ??? 207.183.153.23

Mid December is only two weeks from the date of the message so it looks like to me that the investor firm at the time was either telling people that a NASDAQ listing was close which means they were telling people it was already filed or if Michael Block is telling the truth then Shawn Murphy and Steve Sprunger are making the whole thing up. Was Shawn Murphy or Tom Dean lying?
