Richard, I got it off a Bloomberg standalone machine. When the news first came out it was just listed as a holder registering. I assumed incorrectly that it was a registration to buy when in fact Bloomberg now lists it as a registration to sell. I apologize for the incorrect original post. I hope nobody made buy/sell decisions on one insider buy and I hope nobody makes a buy/sell decision on one insider sell.
