Cable & Wireless Internet Service Ranked Among Top 'Best Values' by Boardwatch Magazine

VIENNA, Va., Jan. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Cable & Wireless, Inc., (CWI) the

preferred ranking as one of the top three carriers offering Internet users the
"best value" in the largest ever test of national Internet backbone providers.
This comprehensive study, conducted by Keynote Systems and Boardwatch
Magazine, tested 34 U.S. and Canadian Internet backbones evaluating
performance measurements and pricing structures over a six-week period to
determine which networks offer the Internet community the best value.
Keynote's performance results and best value rankings comprise a portion
of the overall Keynote/Boardwatch Internet Backbone Performance Index. This
index is an industry-standard ranking of Internet backbones based on the
measured performance experienced by end users accessing World Wide Web sites
