I don't believe they are. The people who are now demanding open borders and illegal immigration (Democrats, Liberals, etc) are enabling high population growth rates. What's your opinion? There starving people in Africa. Should we give them aid or let them die? Like any other uncontrolled biological growth, we need to separate unhealthy populations (people from crappy cultures from shithole countries) from the healthy populations (USA). Right now, the Democrat party is fully supportive of the large caravans walking right into the US. As I have stated before. Don't worry about these people leaving the Latin American countries. They will make more.
