The gateway to permanent residency and federal benefits is to drop an anchor baby. Who wants to deny the parents of an American citizen a job, or health care, or housing, or any other federal benefit. Anchor babies are a scam of the greatest magnitude and the greatest benefit to the Democratic party. The DNC knows this and maximizes their opportunities for long term benefit.
