Should a partial birth abortion fail, the baby will be resuscitated and made comfortable while the DR and the mother decide if they should try again to kill the now born baby. You also know that the survival age for preemies is getting younger and younger. A failed abortion of a late term baby can be viable with today's technology. And that tech is getting better every day.
