Lee--A bets a bet. Using insider information is still legal.
I would have loved to have won it too as the drop would have been sudden and severe after the run up. We need to bet some on Y2K stocks again. I have the mathematics of those companies worked out. As long as we are in 1998 the math remains valid. 1998 is a very good year for betting beers on computer conversion companies according to Nostradamus and ancient Hebrew prophets. The millinium bug is tied into this and the overall millinium effect. I figured this out from some of the posts on the Year 2000 thread. Took me a while but really worth it. Most people would have just thought it was gibberish.
