Satish: I have a hard time figuring a time frame in which a buyout would occur, on one hand I think it's too soon in the xDSL game to see it happen, then on the other hand I think the early bird gets the worm. The value of AWRE increases the longer the wait. TI decided it was time to buy AMTX, and West Tel already was working a deal to buy AMTX. SO I guess I'll watch and see.
