I agree with DeeJay in the previous message. Whittaker, for whatever reason, hasn't made a go of Xyplex and there selling it at a substantial loss, per the thread. The warrants, at present, represent upside potential to Whittaker, but if they were enamored with MRVC that much, why didn't they do the deal for stock now rather than cash? I'm not an expert, but it's my opinion the deal will be good for MRVC, They got Xyplex cheap.
