If I was Putin and truly hated the USA I would send all 26 of them business class to New York and let the US government arrest them, feed them and care for them while putting them on trial and then hosting them for 25 years. Each perp would cost taxpayers several millions of dollars to process, almost as much as the entire Mueller probe to date. What a win that would be for common sense!
