I'm not sure even the big players would consider AWRE pocket change (~$400M US or better based on AMTX price). ADI apparently has some mutually tight agreements with AWRE as has been posted in the past so I'd consider them an unlikely suitor. Of course, AWRE could come up with something new (and not covered) that might force ADI's hand.

Why would TXN be interested after buying AMTX?

Also, given the tight relationship with ADI I'm surprised that it isn't making a bigger move up today. It would seem to be at a fairly attractive level too.
