Allen: My thinking is it's the Appeal. A post on the other tread hit it right one the Head. If GE loses Fonar goes UPPPP. If GE wins FONAR still remains a $2.50 to $3.00 Stock. So there is no way a new investor can lose. FONAR will be $5 stock with or without the GE law suit. It'll take a little longer without it is all. Bill
