Yea,

No such luck.

ESV had a stockholder vote several months ago on a reverse split 1 share = .25.

So I wake up this morning and everything is up but my account shows a big loser - guess they needed a closing price to catch up with the reduction in shares.

Took a second cup of coffee to figure it out - I guess.??

I suppose if you like to buy stock on margin the reverse price is certainly more attractive.

I bought this stock as a lottery ticket and used puts to get them - albeit under water at this time.

I did half ESV and half RIG.

The rig made me money and the total loss is cut in half looking at it that way.

Either way I spent my money and decided to put it in a drawer and fuggetabout it.

Still thinking that will be my future position.

Oil will be needed for decades and just as fracing has reduced costs - so too has deep water drilling.

I think the're cheap and will do much better with in the next year - or two at most.

Heck maybe the dividend will be higher than 4 cents per quarter!

Bob
