Yes, Brinker has been referring to Intel as a "trading stock" for as long as I can remember. The real problem with all those who are casting aspersions on him vis-a-vis Intel is this -- most tech-stock "investors" get on the bandwagon (of any goddamn high-flying tech stock) when there is a lot of "ooh"ing and "aah"ing going on. And then, when the stock goes down, they pretend as if they didn't expect it to happen and resort to silly bitching and finger-pointing! Just look at the number of ridiculous class-action lawsuits that spring up whenever any overvalued tech stock plummets. So, after having gotten screwed by the market, the stupid "investors" get screwed all over again, this time by the lawyers from both sides! (pun unintended ;-) ). Dipy.
