IF GE were to close today at 9.12 and the SPXEWI were to close at the area it is at now GE RSI would turn down to O's.

We shall see if that happens or not.

Yet as one who does not ignore the RSI and as stated in the past the REASON I sold GE back in the 30's long ago was because the RSI PATTERN failed to go higher after a few attempts and to me that meant behind the curtain selling was going on.

Here and now the FAILURE of GE to turn and move UP in that RSI suggests weakness and I'll let others dabble. I'll just sit patiently waiting for the 7's or adjusting higher.
