Now you see it now you don't... We've hit $1.50 before and bounced right up to $2.20+. I see $1.50 as a STRONG support, or was that $1.25 or $1.50 :) Anyway......... I think we need to read this again. CORAL GABLES, FL, September 12, 1996: SYSTEMS of Excellence, Inc. (OTC BB: SEXI) announced today that it will re-purchase 250,000 shares on the open market. The quarter-million shares will be purchased at a price reflecting the average market price per share during the week of October 7th through the 11th, and will be tendered within the following seven days. "We feel that this will be an ideal time to tender these quarter-million shares as we consider them to be greatly undervalued," said Charles O. Huttoe, SYSTEMS Chairman and CEO. "We can think of no better way to demonstrate our confidence in SYSTEMS of Excellence than to buy back shares of our company on the open market. We are receiving calls from loyal investors who are understandably worried by the recent drop in the price of SYSTEMS' shares, and would like to take this opportunity to assure them that SYSTEMS of Excellence is a financially sound company with excellent products. With $2.2 million in cash, no long-term debt and a burn-rate of approximately $150,000 per month, SYSTEMS has enough cash to meet its present sales goal of $40 million this fiscal year."
