Wow... really... When I was a kid double 10 was a BIG DEAL.. That was the Lion dance time.. I guess PROC paid no attention to Canada in those days.. although really then they had naught of the clout they wield today in fairness.. and no one spoke Mando over here.. New Years was too friggin' cold and snowy for outdoors celebration.. I even got to do the lion dance a few times.. (always the back end not Chinesey looking for front end.. and view through lion's mouth.. LOL)

as an aside I was recently at an event where the lions were gold as in the image above.. Not what they looked like in my day with all the red.. They seemed to be Twerking more rather than traditional dance .. is this common on your end now ? was kinda funny and sad..
