The West does not want to share the pie equally.. Beyond China.. we have India and Africa.. West needs to wake the F up.. They can no longer buy off a few warlords...

China is growing supported by a yearly trade deficit with the US of over $500 billion the other Countries also are in a deficit position with the US. And you say the us is not sharing the pie ? Equalize wages , living standards and the currency values to the US and see where there trade &economy goes at that point.

The US is still is the bread basket of the world. But it cannot go on forever when the pigs at the trough keep gorging themselves. Sooner or later the trough runs out of food source.
Please view the countries with trade deficits with the USA Vs those with a trade surplus.

Turn those trade figures around and tell me how well China or others would do. And this is only the top 30 out 195 countries on earth.
Think it over again !

The 30 largest trade partners of the United States represent 87.9% of U.S. exports, and 87.4% of U.S. imports as of 2017 [update]. These figures do not include services or foreign direct investment.

The largest US partners with their total trade in goods (sum of imports and exports) in millions of US dollars for calendar year 2017 are as follows: [1]
