<These big companies seem to have more disasters than successes on buyouts.> I agree on that. Problem was/is that MDGL was for sale, but Mr. Market pushed price up, out of reach for potential suitor. So, what will be outcome after long P3? Like for obesity, market euphoria will further cool down, IMO.
